And the Answer is....

A friend of my posted this on Facebook a few days ago.  I have seen this on line for a few months now, and a few months ago, my answer would have been none of the above.  But that has changed over the last few months as I have been trying to eat healthier. 

1. Tacos:  As you know if you have read this blog, I did have a few fish tacos while I was on vacation.  Taco bell was one of my main stops, because I could get a lot of food for close to nothing.  Since I have started to eat healthier, no Taco Bell.  So tacos, are a maybe when I am on vacation, and only fish tacos.

2. Pizza.  Pizza has become one of those things that we get most of the time as a pizza bowl.  Meat, Cheese, and sauce.  It is one of those items that I eat when, again, I am not at home.  And my limit now is two pieces, not  half or the whole thing. 

3.  Hamburger:  Now this is something that I have not cut out at all, except the bums.  

4.  Fries:  This is something that I have really given up.  I had one fry when we stopped at In & Out in Palm Springs.  But I really have not had any fries for 3 months.  

So the Answer is number 4, the fries.  And to tell you the truth, I have not missed them.  And there really has not been any slipping backwards.  Basically, I have learned to take away the bad stuff or really eat it in moderation.  It really is about making the smart choices.
